VENMO:  The payment should be person-to-person, and you will need to identify the rental address that you are paying rent for, or you WILL NOT get credit for payment.  If you are using a credit card, VENMO will charge you a fee.  If you are using a debit card or bank account, there should be no fee.

Cash.App:  The payment should be person-to-person, and you will need to identify the rental address that you are paying rent for, or you WILL NOT get credit for payment.  If you are using a credit card, Cash.App will charge you a fee.  If you are using a debit card or bank account, there should be no fee.

PayPal: You do not need a PayPal account to use this payment gateway.
You can use any standard credit card. You will be charged a service fee for this payment.
